ESG: more than an acronym, our reason for existing
In addition to being the center of our business, sustainability is in our way of acting and thinking. Lwart Soluções Ambientais' activities are supported by the 3 pillars of the acronym ESG.
1. Environment
We collect OLUC, re-refine, and return to society a new product through a more sustainable process: re-refining. Refining emits 8 times less CO²eq into the atmosphere than the illegal burning of OLUC.
2. Society
In addition to the environmental benefit of our work, which reflects on improving the quality of people´s lives, we are recognized for offering an attractive and inclusive work environment, which aims at the constant development of our employees. We also operate in a series of social initiatives aimed at the the communities´social development where we are present. See some below.
3. Governance
Ethical and integrity issues are a fundamental part of Lwart Environmental Solutions' values. We are committed to ensuring the transparency of all our services, processes and management through codes of conduct that must be followed by all administrators and employees. Our Ethics Committee ensures honest management, in accordance with the law, and the best market practices.

Developing
agents of transformation
We are maintainers of the LideraJovem Institute, an initiative that has strengthened our commitment to developing new leaders since 2002. In 2017, this commitment was reinforced with the legal establishment of the Institute, consolidating a structured, long-term approach focused on human development and youth protagonism.
Recognized for its contribution to the development of adolescents and young people, the LideraJovem Institute promotes educational experiences that build personal, social and leadership skills, preparing young people to act as agents of transformation in their social contexts. Through projects such as Formação de Líderes, Congresso LideraJovem and Desafio Faça Acontecer, it expands opportunities and encourages civic engagement in the communities where it operates.

Culture
Culture plays an essential role in shaping identity and strengthening communities. Initiatives such as the sponsorship of the Municipal Theater of Lençóis Paulista help to broaden access to cultural expressions and value local artistic production.
Health
Promoting quality of life necessarily involves access to healthcare. Support for institutions such as Hospital Nossa Senhora da Piedade (Lençóis Paulista) and Hospital Amaral Carvalho (Jaú) contributes to the care, welcoming and assistance of the community.
Economic Development
Generating opportunities is a central axis of this front, which seeks to encourage professionalization, income generation and the strengthening of the local economy.
Sport
Understood as a tool for human development. Through it, values such as discipline, coexistence, citizenship and social inclusion are encouraged, with support for initiatives such as the Lençoense Basketball Association ALBA.
