 Constant improvement and the stimulation of participation from all members of the team are basic principals of Lwarcel Fibras Especiais. Recently it implemented an internal initiative called the 5S Program. The principle of the program is to encourage organization and discipline within the work environment, stimulating the creation and implementation of procedures to improve production processes and product quality, positively impacting work conditions for employees. One of the main results from the program is that the team has been engaged to make suggestions and feel responsible for seeking positive results.
