History

The history of Lwarcel Fibras Especiais begins in 1989 when Grupo Lwart acquired the company Papéis Penápolis. Originally incorporated as a branch of Lwarcel, Lwarcel Fibras Especiais obtained its own legal status, becoming completely independent in 2006. A large project was recently completed to restructure its installations, which included improving equipment and reconstructing production and administration buildings.

The plant's total area is 5,100 meters squared and its monthly production is 1,500 tons of fluff pulp.
